Smaller tasks like setting up Search Console or placing a tracking pixel are usually finished within a few working days. Product feeds and server-side tracking take longer, as they require testing with real data.
The biggest delay is almost always access: as soon as I can access your website and your Google account, things move quickly. That’s why I ask for access right from the start.
