WordPress: via a plugin like Insert Headers and Footers, or directly in the theme. Shopify: in the theme file or via the custom code app. Wix: via Settings, Custom Code. For a bespoke site, your developer pastes it in, or I arrange it directly with your hosting provider.
Your website stays exactly as it is. Nothing needs to be replaced, migrated, or rebuilt.
Where does the chatbot get its answers from?
From your own content. You simply provide what you have: a Word document, an email outlining your services and prices, or I pull the information directly from your existing website. This content forms the chatbot's knowledge base — it doesn't make things up, and it never gives answers you haven't approved.
