Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all proposals, assignments, and agreements of Websucces Marketing, located at Burgemeester Stramanweg 102, 1101 AA Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 94992169 (VOF).

A proposal is valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. The agreement comes into effect once you accept a proposal in writing or by email.

All quoted fees exclude 21% VAT and apply to business clients.

SEO, AI search visibility, and maintenance operate on a 6 or 12-month term, as agreed in the proposal. These services take time to deliver results; which is why they cannot be cancelled on a monthly basis.

After the initial term, the agreement continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled with one calendar month's notice.

Monthly services are invoiced monthly in advance. Projects are invoiced in two instalments: 50% at the start and 50% upon completion, unless agreed otherwise.

The payment term is 14 days. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend work until the invoice is settled.

To do our work properly, we need timely access to your website, hosting, Google accounts, and the agreed materials (copy, images, logos, data).

If a project is delayed because materials or access are not provided in time, the timeline shifts accordingly and additional costs may be incurred.

Design and build projects include two rounds of design revisions. Additional rounds or changes outside the agreed scope are charged on an hourly basis.

A project is considered completed once it has been approved or as soon as you put the website into use.

We work with the expertise, methods, and experience we have built up since 2005 and make every effort to achieve strong results. Rankings in Google and citations in AI assistants are determined by third parties outside our control; we therefore do not guarantee specific rankings, visitor numbers, or revenue.

In our reports, we explain what we have done, what the impact was, and what the next step will be.

Once payment has been made in full, you receive the right to use the delivered work: copy, designs and the website itself.

Our own working methods, templates, scripts and course materials remain our property. Course materials are intended for personal use and may not be shared or resold.

We rely on third parties for hosting, advertising platforms, payment providers, plugins and integrations. We are not liable for outages, price changes or policy changes by these parties.

Advertising budgets (for example Google or Meta) are paid by you directly to the platform, unless agreed otherwise.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the three months prior to the damage occurring.

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profit, loss of turnover or consequential loss.

Cancellations must be made in writing or by email. In the event of early termination of a fixed-term contract, the remaining monthly instalments remain due.

In the event of non-payment or misuse, we may terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

All our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
